What's your policy on general mail for Hawaii clients?

We want to be upfront: this is a registered agent service, not a general mailbox. Our Hawaii address receives legal and compliance documents — service of process, subpoenas, Secretary of State correspondence, tax notices, and annual report reminders.

Packages are not accepted at this address. Neither are Google Maps verification postcards, Amazon verification letters, or any other third-party verification mailings.
